Marbella continues to strengthen its position as one of Europe’s most elite destinations for luxury real estate. The latest project attracting international attention is the partnership between the Italian fashion group Armani, prestigious developer Sierra Blanca Estates, and Playa Assets, a company linked to legendary former tennis player Rafael Nadal and entrepreneur Abel Matutes.

The new complex, called Armani Residences Marbella, will be built in the exclusive area of Nagüeles, in the heart of the Golden Mile, one of the most sought-after coastal stretches between Marbella and Puerto Banús. The area is renowned for its ultra-luxury villas, private resorts, and elite lifestyle that attracts investors and clients from around the world.

The project will be developed on a plot of approximately 50,000 square meters, surrounded by nature and offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Blanca mountains. The complex will include only 33 exclusive residences, designed to provide privacy, tranquility, and a sophisticated lifestyle. The first sales phase will launch with just 10 residential units.

The architecture and interiors will carry Armani’s elegant signature, characterized by modern minimalism, aesthetic harmony, and the use of premium materials. The project concept is inspired by Giorgio Armani’s philosophy of refined luxury and balanced living, where wellbeing and serenity are at the center of the experience.

Residents will have access to a range of exclusive amenities, including a modern spa, a technologically advanced gym, a private club, and 24-hour personalized service. The project also places strong emphasis on integration with nature and architectural sustainability.

Rafael Nadal described this collaboration as a very personal and important project, highlighting the connection between Mediterranean luxury, an active lifestyle, and wellbeing. Meanwhile, Sierra Blanca Estates executives believe Armani Residences Marbella will significantly strengthen Marbella’s international image as a global hub for luxury living.

Construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2026, while completion of the residences is scheduled for 2028. With the arrival of internationally renowned brands in the Costa del Sol real estate market, Marbella is increasingly becoming a destination where fashion, architecture, and luxury investment merge into a unique lifestyle.
