The property ownership certificate is the official document that proves the ownership title of your property. If this certificate has been lost or damaged, you can apply online for a new one through the e-Albania portal. Follow these steps: 1- Log into your e-Albania account 2- Search for the relevant service “Application for issuing a new certificate when it has been lost or damaged” 3- Complete the online application 4- Upload the required documents in PDF format • Notarized declaration for the loss or damage of the certificate 5- Send the original documents by post 6- Download the new certificate Attention:
Sign in with your personal credentials on the e-Albania portal.
In the search bar type:
Follow the instructions and fill in the required property details.
You must upload:
• The damaged certificate (if available)
The original documents must be sent to the respective local ASHK office.
Once the procedure is completed, you can download the new certificate anytime from your e-Albania profile.
Make sure the PDF documents are clear and readable to avoid delays in the application process.
