Payment Policy KËRKO360
Article 1 – Purpose
This article regulates the terms and deadlines related to payments for subscription packages offered by KËRKO360, through its website and application. Payment of the subscription is a mandatory condition for the activation of the digital service.
Article 2 – Payment Methods

The user may make payment for subscriptions through methods accepted by KËRKO360, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All payments are processed securely through the authorized banking partner. KËRKO360 does not store or have access to the user’s card data.
Article 3 – Processing and Activation of Subscription

Payment is made prior to the activation of the subscription. Upon confirmation of payment, the subscription is activated immediately and the user is notified on our website/application. If activation is not completed within 48 hours from the time of payment, the user must contact KËRKO360 immediately.

If the issue is not resolved, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract and KËRKO360 is obliged to refund the payment through the same payment method used.
Article 4 – Prices and Currency
- Subscription prices are displayed in real time in the “Subscriptions” section of the website/application.
- Prices may change without prior notice, but changes do not affect subscriptions already active.
- All prices are expressed in the official currency (EUR) and do not include applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.
Article 5 – Refunds

Refunds are allowed only if the subscription has not been activated within the deadline specified in Article 3.3. Refunds are made using the same payment method used during purchase.

Any right to refund is excluded after the activation of the subscription.
Article 6 – Payment Disputes

If the user believes they have been incorrectly charged or has issues regarding payment, they must contact KËRKO360 immediately.

KËRKO360 reserves the right to refuse or cancel subscriptions in case of suspected fraudulent activity.
Article 7 – Final Provisions

By making the payment, the user declares that they have read and accepted the terms of this policy. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or implementation of this article shall first be resolved amicably between the parties.

If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the parties shall refer the matter to the Court of General Jurisdiction in Tirana. This policy is an integral part of the subscription contract and is subject to the legislation in force of the Republic of Albania.
